Bulk import
Download our import template, fill in one row per watch, and upload it here. Only Brand and Model are required to import. The remaining details can be completed afterwards in Inventory, but must be filled in before a watch can be auctioned. Uploads must use this template — other files will be rejected.
Export to Chrono24
Download a fresh XML export of your inventory, ready to upload to your Chrono24 dealer portal. Watches without a retail price are exported without a price.
WooCommerce
Import products from a WooCommerce export (Products > Export), or download your in-stock watches as a WooCommerce-ready CSV to upload via Products > Import. On import, the SKU is used as the reference number and existing watches are matched on it. Please review imported watches in Inventory. Watches without a retail price are exported without a price.
Shopify

Email notifications
Turn off email alerts you don't need. Payment, dispute and other account-critical emails always stay on — you'll still see everything in your notifications bell either way.
